Vintage Murano wall or ceiling lamp LP 254 by Carlo Nason for Mazzega made in Italy in the 1970s. Carlo Nason, born in 1935 in Murano, Venice, hails from a family of expert glassmakers. His father, Vincenzo Nason, established the esteemed glass business NasonMoretti and later opened another glass enterprise named Vincenzo Nason & C in 1941. Carlo Nason received comprehensive training in the art of glassblowing from a young age, acquiring knowledge about the unique properties of glass and the intricate techniques involved in molding and decorating it. The lamp is in very good vintage condition. Dimensions: Width: 40 cm / 15.75 inches Height: 20 cm / 7.87 inches Lamp requires European E27 lightbulb and compatible with E26 USA socket.
