Italian-made in the 1970s mid-century AV Mazzega floor lamp made of Murano glass.
In 1946, Angelo Vittorio Mazzega formed AV Mazzega. Over the years, Mazzega has collaborated with other highly regarded designers from around the world, including De Lucchi, Piva, and Zuccheri.
The most well-known is Carlo Nason, who was raised in one of the first families to produce Murano glass.
The glass components are constructed of colorful, blown-thick Murano glass.
The lamp has a unique and uncommon shape. This brilliantly captures the mid-century aesthetic and the spirit of the space age.
No chips or cracks; excellent vintage condition. Three E27 bulbs are needed. European power plug. The original label has been preserved.
