Unique very rare Murano glass chandelier mod. 5561 by AV Mazzega made in Italy in the 1960s. AV Mazzega was founded in 1946 by Angelo Vittorio Mazzega. Mazzega and has worked with many internationally renowned designers such as De Lucchi, Piva, Nason over the years. Best known is Carlo Nason who grew up in one of the oldest families of Murano glass manufacturers. The glass parts are made of blown-thick Murano glass. Consists of 33 glass part of Murano glass made by Italian glassblowers. They follow the oldest Murano glassmaking technologies that were invented on the island of Murano. Each part is unique because it is handcrafted. The lamp is in good vintage condition. One glass element has a crack. For safety reasons, the wiring was replaced by a professional electrician. Dimensions: Width: 52 cm / 20.5 inches Height: 35 cm / 13.77 inches Lamp height with chain: 110 cm / 43 inches Murano chandelier weight 31 kg.
