"Black and White" Pendant Lamp By Pier Giacomo and Achille Castiglioni For Flos Italy 1970s
Mid-century lamp with opal glass bowl for diffused light. For concentrated light, a polished aluminum reflector is fitted to the base with a silver domed reflector bulb. "Black & White" name comes from the different colors that the lamp shows when a single part is switched on.
The lamp was designed by Pier Giacomo and Achille Castiglioni for Flos in 1965. The first version was produced with a metal holder, then with a plastic one.
Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Requires four standard Edison E27 with a screw lamp. Suitable for all countries in the world. The total height of the chandelier is 115 cm. The chandelier weighs 7 kg.
For safety reasons, the wiring has been replaced by a professional electrician.
